REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy

Refund eligibility varies based on the type of service or product purchased from RavenMayté. Please refer to the specific service or product description for detailed refund information.

 

2. Courses and Workshops

a. Cancellation by Participant: Refund requests for courses or workshops must be submitted within 48 hours before the start date to receive 100% refund. Refunds will be processed, minus any applicable fees.

b.Refund requests for courses or workshops submitted within 24 hours before the start date will result in a 50% refund minus any fees.

c.Refund requests for courses or workshops submitted within 2 hours before the start date or no-shows will result in a 0% refund plus any fees.

d. Cancellation by RavenMayté: In the event that RavenMayté cancels a course or workshop, participants will receive a full refund.

 

3. Somatic Services

a. Cancellation by Client: Appointments for somatic services require a 48 hour notice for cancellations to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations within this timeframe will result in a 100% refund, while appointments canceled within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge.

b.Cancellation by Client: one hour or no-show appointments will be charged in full.

c. Refund Request: Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours after the service date and will be subject to review.
